What we collect
When you send a project enquiry we receive what you type: your name, work email, company (optional), the service you need, your budget range, desired timeline, project description and an optional reference link. We do not ask for anything else. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal and to manage the working relationship if you become a client. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our team by email. We use service providers to run the website and to send and store email. They process data on our behalf and only for those purposes. We share information with others only if the law requires it or you ask us to.
Spam protection
The form uses invisible checks (a hidden field and timing) and may use a verification widget to block automated submissions. Those checks may process technical data such as your IP address to decide whether a request is genuine.
Cookies and similar storage
We store two small preferences in your browser: your light or dark theme choice and, if analytics is switched on, your answer to the consent question. Analytics runs only if you accept. We never record what you type into the enquiry form, and we do not track you if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to run the project and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser. Write to [email protected].

If we change how we handle data we will update this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
